I work on air entrainment and bubble generation in turbulent flows. The new directive has made it impossible for me to travel internationally to present my work. It has also diminished my chances of pursuing a career in the US since it has created a negative climate in which employers will shy away from hiring Iranian nationals due to the potential difficulties it may cause them.
